SUP YOGA
SUP Yoga is a unique experience where yoga is practiced on water, supported by the subtle stability of the paddle. The body strengthens deeply, balance is refined, and the mind naturally calms to the rhythm of the water.
Sessions take place on a stable paddleboard, specially designed for yoga practice. After a brief introduction on the water, the session begins with gentle, breath-guided movements, progressing to balance, strengthening, and mobility postures. It concludes with a period of deep relaxation, gently rocked by the movement of the water.
No performance is required. The natural instability of the paddle encourages presence, body awareness, and letting go.
